Primary Practice Areas

Since 2006, the attorneys at Hammond & Hammond have worked almost exclusively on Nevada personal injury cases.  We focus on customer service while we pursue our mission of helping our clients get fair compensation for injuries from car or motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and defective products.

All too often, we hear people complain about their experience with other law firms.  Many times people have never even been able to meet with or talk to an attorney.  We believe that when you hire an attorney, you should get to meet with and work with the attorney.

Fancy slogans and television commercials don’t go very far in the courtroom.  Call Hammond & Hammond before you hire anyone.  Sit down with us, talk with us, and see the Hammond difference.  We’ll treat you like family.

Your Justice Is Our Priority

To get compensation for a car accident or other injury case you typically (with some exceptions) need to show that the other person or company was negligent.

In law, negligence consists of four elements:  1) the defendant owed a duty, 2) the defendant breached his duty, 3) causation, and 4) damages.  While this may sound easy enough, there are endless laws, nuances, and cases governing the law relating to negligence.

However, to put it more simply, negligence is often summarized as “liability” and “damages” meaning that if someone is at fault, he or she is responsible for the harms caused.  If you have been harmed or injured and you believe that someone else is at fault, call us immediately.

What our clients think of us matters to us.  We encourage our clients to leave google or yelp reviews as well as refer us to your family, friends and other associates.
